Sticker Design File Management
A Place for everything, and everything in its place!
Organization is a key component in the make-up of successful business people. For this reason, you will be creating folders in your directory to store your work in the proper place on a daily basis.
SET UP FOLDERS TO STORE ALL OF YOUR CUT STUDIO ART WORK
Follow these steps!
- Open up Windows Explorer
- right click on the start menu
- click explore
- Scroll down to your directory (your.number on crater f-s (U:) - on the left hand side)
- click on the icon
- Right click in the big box on the far right (it's white)
- Scroll your mouse down to New and then up to Folder
- Click on Folder
- at this point, you should see the image of a new folder with the text box highlighted in blue
- Type, Sticker Design in the text box to name your folder
- Note - Keep all of your assignments for this in this folder located in your U-Drive.
Always check when you save to make sure you are saving in your U-Drive, this is a good habit to get into!
